Save the Date!! Bridging the Gap - User Involvement Event 12th June 2012
We are delighted to invite you to a big user involvement event on Tuesday 12th June. The Adult Health and Social Care Provider Network, Barnet Centre for Independent Living (BCIL) and Barnet LINk are working together to offer Barnet providers, community and user groups an interactive learning day.
The event will provide local service users with the chance to have their say on how service providers can better help to meet their needs. Barnet user groups will share their experience, and there will be sessions on different approaches to bringing user involvement and participation to life.
Service providers and users will be able to come together to discuss needs and jointly find solutions on how to best meet them. This day is about bringing providers and users together from across the whole spectrum – it is open to ALL service providers and user groups. More Information..
‘Mystery Shopping’ – Investigate Customer Service Standards across Community Health Facilities
Throughout our life we use community health facilities such as walk-in clinics, sexual health clinics and healt h visitor services. To access these services we go through various avenues including contacting/visiting receptions and using telephone systems, all of which may have different customer service standards.
Central London Community Healthcare has trained its staff to ensure the delivery of strong customer service standards across all of their facilities in Barnet. They are now looking for people like you, who live in Barnet and/or use its services, to test their new standards and staff development.
Do you want to check if customer services have improved at community health facilities? Get in touch by Monday 21st May on 020 8364 8400 ext 218. More Information..
