A fundraising strategy will help you to plan and prioritise your work, and should ultimately help increase your income.
It will be a great tool to help you make successful funding applications and is vital to ensure that you are not dependent on one source of funding.
This workshop is aimed at:
- Any organisation that either has no formal fundraising strategy or needs to update an existing one
- Anyone involved with planning, development and/or fundraising – staff and/or trustees
