We provide support, guidance, advice and training on establishing and running community organisations including fundraising and finance.

The Organisational Development Project works with voluntary and community groups and organisations in the borough to improve their skills and effectiveness. We do this through a range of support events and activities to ensure that groups are better equipped to achieve improved outcomes for their users. Whether you are small, an informal group or an individual thinking about starting a project to tackle a problem or issue in your local community, or beyond, you will benefit from the work we do and support that we provide.
