Julie Pal - Chief Executive
As the CEO, Julie leads all of CommUNITY Barnet's work. Working closely with the Board of Trustees, she ensures that the strategic priorities and aims are delivered by the staff team on the ground.
She serves as the main represenstative of CommUNITY Barnet and its members on various strategic boards within local planning, and with the local authority and other statutory partners on an ongoing basis.
She facilitates the Chairs Forum, which brings together the chairs of our various networks, to work closely together with our members on policy, the main issues affecting our members and other groups and keep informed about priorities and needs.

Robin Charnley - Interim Volunteer Centre Barnet Manager
Robin is responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the Volunteer Centre whilst Misha Bhatt is on Maternity Leave.
If you have a query about any aspect of volunteering then please contact him. Particular areas of his work include:
- leading on work around good practice and strategic development of volunteering
- building new partnerships and helping organisations and statutory bodies develop their volunteering programme
- delivering training on various aspects of volunteer management

Janet Matthewson - Children and Young People's Manager
Janet leads a team that provides support to community organisations through project development, safeguarding advice, CAF support and an information service. The team also deliver a participation project to support the voice of children and young people, a befriending service for looked after children, a specialist youth wortk forum (BCVYS) and a supplementary schools forum.
Recently the team has been awarded a contract to lead on the delivery of a Community Parenting Consortium.
The team work in partership with schools, Barnet council, health services and the police to develop links with the community for the benefit of children, young people and their families.
She chairs the Children and Young People's Network representing the sector on the Children's Trust Board.

Genevieve Grimshaw - Head of Operations and Company Secretary
Genevieve's role includes management of the Moxon Street facilities and resources including working with Board of Trustees, acting as HR Manager and Health & Safety Officer.
She oversees finance, IT, general management and lead on the provision of paid for services (under development).
She also manages all administration systems and processes including governance and company secretarial.

Selina Rodrigues - Barnet LINk Manager and Networks Coordinator
As the Barnet LINk Manager Selina works closely with the LINk Steering Committee and is responsible for managing the work programme for the LINk. This includes developing the priorities for action, engaging with residents and patients and liaising with statutory bodies such as Barnet Council and the NHS.
Selina is also the Networks and Partnerships Officer for CommUNITY Barnet. She is responsible for managing and co-ordinating Barnet's seven charity sector networks, in partnership with the Network Chairs. The networks discuss shared interests and concerns and engage with local partnerships at a strategic level.

Victor Momodu - Senior Community Development Officer
Victor works as part of the Development Team and coordinates the delivery of organisational development projects and activities to support and strengthen the work of Barnet groups and organisations.
He provides advice, information or practical support on a broad range of issues relevant t
o your organisation/needs, especially on legal structures and setting up, joint working / collaborating, becoming or using the social enterprise model, quality assurance systems and accrediting, governance advice/support, monitoring and evaluation, service reviews and planning.
